Kelly Hughes
Community Relations Manager
Kelly joined SECU Family House in August 2026 as the Community Relations Manager. Born and raised in northeastern North Carolina, she is a tried-and-true Tar Heel. She graduated UNC with a BA in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies. Her nonprofit experience includes Transitions LifeCare (formerly Hospice of Wake County) where she held several positions, including Special Events Coordinator. Kelly lives in Pittsboro with her husband, Kevin, and son, Wade. In her free time, you can find her curled up with a book or spending time with ehr family.
