Allan Phillips has worked for State Employees’ Credit Union for over 30 years, holding various positions within the SECU branch network. He currently serves in the role of Senior Vice President/District Manager overseeing the branch operations in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough. Allan graduated from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is passionate about serving the members of SECU, as well as volunteering in the community.
